We don't just tell you what's wrong
A website rebuild from FlowConverts fixes the pages and journeys that decide whether a visitor enquires. It starts from a CRISP audit, rebuilds what the evidence flags and leaves the rest alone. No ground-up reinvention nobody asked for. Scope and price are agreed in writing before any paid work starts.
- Scope built from audit findings
- Copy and proof moved to where buyers decide
- Responsive design and build of priority pages
- Redirects, metadata and structured data handled
- Tested journeys and handover notes
(The problem)
You don't need a whole new website. You need the right pages fixed.
When a site stops pulling its weight, the usual answer is a full redesign. It's often the wrong one. It costs more, takes longer and can bury the real problems under fresh paint.
A focused rebuild fixes the pages that decide whether someone enquires, and leaves the rest until there's a reason to touch it.
Typical culprits: a homepage that says what you believe, not what you do. Proof on a page nobody visits. A hidden or long route to enquire. A site that looks older than the business behind it.
(What you get)
What we fix
(01)
An unclear next step
We make the next action obvious on every priority page and cut forms back to what you actually need.
(02)
Buried or weak proof
Case studies, testimonials and credentials move to the point where a buyer is making up their mind.
(03)
A site that undersells you
We rebuild the look and the message so the first screen matches your reputation.
(04)
Slow or awkward on mobile
Responsive, accessible pages, checked on real screen sizes.
(Is it for you?)
When a focused rebuild is the right call
(A good fit)
- You're an established UK service business whose site should bring in enquiries.
- Your reputation and referrals beat what your website suggests.
- The audit shows a handful of clear priorities, not one small fix.
- Key pages are weak even though the basic structure is sound.
- One person can approve the work without a long procurement process.
(Probably not)
- You want a new brand identity from scratch.
- You need a big online shop or a complex web app.
- The only goal is a new look, with no change to how the site works.
- It has to go live before there's time to review content properly.
(How it works)
Diagnose, agree, rebuild, check
- (01)
Diagnose
Run the CRISP audit and check findings against your audience, offer and analytics. Agree the three or four issues that matter most.
- (02)
Agree
Confirm pages, journeys, content owners, integrations, checks, exclusions and price. In writing.
- (03)
Rebuild
Rework structure, copy and proof on the priority pages, then design and build them, with your review at each stage.
- (04)
Check and hand over
Test journeys, forms, analytics, metadata, accessibility and layouts, and write down anything left to do.
(Cost)
What a rebuild costs
There's no single price, because the work depends on the site. Cost is driven by the number of pages and journeys, the copy and proof that need work, and the forms, analytics and migration involved.
Rebuilds are one-off projects, typically 2 to 8 weeks, priced per scope. You see the written scope and price before you commit.
Want to keep improving after launch? The 3-month partnership is £4,500 a month: senior design and dev, one request at a time, weekly progress, pause anytime.
(FAQ)
Good to know
How much does a website rebuild cost?
There's no single price because the work depends on your site. Cost comes down to the number of pages and journeys, the copy and proof that need work, and the forms, analytics, booking tools and migration involved. Rebuilds are priced per scope, and you see the written scope with the price before you commit to anything at all.
How long does a website rebuild take?
Typically 2 to 8 weeks. A focused rebuild of a few priority pages moves faster than a full redesign because there's simply less to build. Timing also depends on how ready your content is, the integrations involved and how quickly decisions get made. The written scope sets out the stages and review points rather than one promised date.
What's the difference between a redesign and a rebuild?
A redesign changes what people see and read: structure, content, proof and visuals, often on the existing platform if it's sound. A rebuild goes further where it needs to, replacing what sits underneath if the platform is slow, fragile or impossible to edit. The audit usually makes it clear which one your site actually needs, so you don't overspend.
Do I need an audit before a rebuild?
Yes. Every rebuild starts from a CRISP audit, because that's the evidence the scope is built on. Without it we'd be guessing which pages matter. Not every site needs a rebuild, either. Some only need targeted changes to copy, proof or forms, and if that's what the audit shows, that's what we'll recommend you do instead.
Will you guarantee more enquiries?
No. Nobody can honestly guarantee enquiries, rankings or revenue from a website, because too much depends on your market, offer and traffic. What we commit to is the agreed scope: the pages, journeys and checks written down before work starts, built around the issues the audit found, and tested against those criteria at handover.
What happens after launch?
You get the agreed pages and journeys, checked against the scope, with handover notes listing what was tested, any known limits and any follow-up work. From there you can run the site yourself, move onto a care plan, or scope the next set of pages. Ownership of the site and accounts is written into the agreement from the start.
