Prices you can see.
FlowConverts works two ways. A design and development partnership costs £4,500 a month on a 3-month term, or £3,500 a month on a 6-month term. One-off projects start at £10,000 and take 2 to 8 weeks. Either way, we agree the scope and price in writing before work starts.

What moves the number.
A five-page brochure site and a portal with logins and integrations are not the same job. These are the things that change the scope:
(01)
Pages and journeys
How many unique page types, services, audiences and conversion paths need planning and design.
(02)
Copy and proof
Dropping in approved content is quick. Rewriting unclear copy and building proper case studies takes longer.
(03)
Build and integrations
Forms, analytics, booking tools, logins, data, migration, accessibility and technical SEO all affect build and testing time.

Pricing questions.
Why doesn't a project have one fixed price?
Because the work depends on your current site, how many unique pages you need, how ready your content is and which systems have to be connected. A generic package would hide those differences and someone would end up paying for them later. So we start from £10,000, look at the actual job, and put a written scope and price in front of you before you agree to anything.
Will I see the scope before I agree?
Yes, always. The proposal lists the pages, deliverables, assumptions, exclusions, review points and the price. If something isn't in the scope, it isn't in the price, and you'll know that up front. No surprise invoices halfway through, and no vague line items you have to chase us to explain. If you want something added later, we scope and price it separately first.
Can I pause or stop a partnership?
Yes. A partnership runs on a fixed monthly price and you can pause it. The 3-month option is the most flexible, while the 6-month option costs less per month in exchange for the longer commitment. Either way there are no hourly rates and no surprise extras. We work through your requests one at a time and you see progress every week.
Can a big project be split into stages?
Yes. If your site or app has several separate priorities, we can scope it in stages. Each stage still gets its own clear outcome, boundary and price before it begins, so you're never committing to a blank cheque. Plenty of clients start with the most urgent journey, see it working, then decide whether the next stage is worth doing.
Start with the job, not a package.
Tell us what you need and we'll come back with a sensible scope and a clear price.
