FlowConverts Limited is responsible for the personal information described in this policy. We are registered in England and Wales and operate from Newcastle upon Tyne, UK.
Information we collect
This website does not currently provide user accounts, take payments or use advertising trackers. If you contact us by email, we receive the information you choose to send, such as your name, email address, company details and project requirements.
How we use it
We use enquiry information to respond, understand your requirements, prepare proposals and take steps towards a potential contract. We may also keep necessary correspondence for legitimate business, administrative and legal purposes.
Our lawful basis for handling an enquiry is usually that the information is necessary to take steps you requested before entering into a contract. Where we retain limited records to administer the business, keep the service secure or establish legal claims, we rely on our legitimate interests in running and protecting the company, provided those interests do not override your rights.
Sharing and storage
We do not sell personal information. We may use trusted technology providers to host the website and manage business communications. We only share information where needed to provide those services, comply with the law or protect our legal rights.
If a service provider processes information outside the UK, we require an appropriate legal safeguard for that transfer where one is needed.
We retain personal information only for as long as it is reasonably needed for the purpose it was collected, then delete or anonymise it.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, UK data protection law may give you rights to access, correct, erase, restrict or object to the use of your personal information. To make a request, email hello@flowconverts.com.
If you are unhappy with how we handle your information, you can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
Changes to this policy
We will update this page when our services or data practices change. The date at the top shows the latest revision.
