Diagnose first. Build second.
Every FlowConverts project runs in five steps: look at what the site is doing now, check it against your business, agree a written scope, build the priority journeys, then test and hand over. You see the reasoning before anything is built, and you can stop after any step.
(Process)
Five steps, one paper trail.
Each step has one job and one output. Nothing gets built on a hunch.
(01)
1. Diagnose
We look at your current site through the five CRISP dimensions: clarity, speed, structure, friction and trust. Output: what's getting in the way.
(02)
2. Check it against the business
We test the findings against your audience, offer, analytics, goals, constraints and the proof you already have. Output: priorities.
(03)
3. Agree the scope
Pages, journeys, integrations, who does what, what's excluded and how we'll check it. All in writing before work starts. Output: scope.
(04)
4. Build the priority journeys
Structure first, then design, then the build. You approve each stage before the next one starts. Output: a working site or app.
(05)
5. Check and hand over
We test the agreed journeys, forms, analytics, metadata, accessibility and layouts, then hand over with a note of what we checked. Output: handover.
(Exits)
You don't have to buy every step.
- After the diagnosis: take the findings and use them with your own team or current supplier.
- After the review: decide whether each issue is worth fixing now, later or never.
- Before the build: only go ahead once the work, boundaries and price are clear.
(Checks)
What we check before launch.
Every launch is different, but the handover always says what we checked. Usually that's:
- Key enquiry, booking and form journeys.
- Keyboard access, visible focus, alt text and reduced-motion behaviour.
- Mobile and desktop layouts across the agreed pages.
- Titles, descriptions, canonicals, schema, sitemap and internal links.
- Analytics and conversion events in scope.
- Known limitations, who owns what, and any follow-up work.
