Your website shouldn't get worse after launch

A FlowConverts website care plan is a monthly agreement where one team keeps your site updated, checked and improving. You get hours for changes and fixes, speed and uptime checks, SEO and AI search upkeep, and a monthly CRISP review so you can see whether the site is moving forward or sliding back.

  • Set hours each month for changes and fixes
  • Monthly CRISP review with the next three fixes
  • Uptime, speed, backup and security checks
  • Search Console and structured data upkeep
  • A short monthly report
Let's talk

(The problem)

A website is never finished. It's either looked after or left.

Most sites decay quietly after launch. Plugins go out of date, a form breaks, pages slow down and new content lands wherever it fits.

Small changes wait weeks because nobody owns the site. An enquiry form fails and nobody notices for a month. Search Console warnings sit unread.

A care plan gives the site an owner and a direction.

(What you get)

Four kinds of upkeep, one monthly plan

(01)

Updates and fixes

Set hours each month for content edits, small page changes and bug fixes. You send the request, we make it, check it and tell you when it's live.

(02)

Monthly CRISP review

We review the site against the five CRISP dimensions every month. You see what moved and the next three fixes we'd suggest.

(03)

Speed and uptime checks

Uptime monitoring, Core Web Vitals, backups, and security and plugin updates. If something breaks, we aim to find it before your visitors do.

(04)

SEO and AI search upkeep

Search Console checks, indexing fixes and structured data kept current. Bigger SEO work is scoped separately.

(Is it for you?)

When a care plan makes sense

(A good fit)

  • Your website is a real source of enquiries.
  • You need small changes most months, without a new project each time.
  • Nobody in-house owns the site, or the person who does has another job.
  • You want to see whether the site is actually getting better.

(Probably not)

  • The site needs a redesign before upkeep is worth paying for.
  • You change the site once a year and are happy doing it yourself.
  • You need a big new feature or a run of new pages built.
  • You want ranking or enquiry guarantees. We don't give them.

(How it works)

Review, fix, maintain, report

  1. (01)

    Review

Check the site against CRISP, plus speed, uptime and Search Console. Compare with last month.

  2. (02)

    Fix

Work through your requests and the top-priority fixes, inside the hours agreed for the month.

  3. (03)

    Maintain

Apply updates, confirm backups, and keep structured data and the sitemap in step with the site.

  4. (04)

    Report

A short report: what changed, what we did and the next three fixes we suggest.

(Cost)

What a care plan costs

Care plans are priced per site. The main factors are the platform, the number of pages and integrations, the hours of changes you want each month and how often you need checks.

You get a written scope with the monthly price, hours included and notice terms before anything starts. Hosting, domains and third-party subscriptions are separate, and we write down who pays for what.

Need more than upkeep, like new pages or features? That's where the 3-month partnership fits: £4,500 a month for senior design and dev, requests one at a time, weekly progress, pause anytime.

(FAQ)

Good to know

How much does a website care plan cost?

It depends on your site and how much change you expect each month. The main factors are the platform, the number of pages and integrations, the hours of updates you want and how often you need checks. You get a written scope with the monthly price, the hours included and the notice terms before anything starts.

Do you only look after sites you built?

No. We can look after a site another team built, but we review it first. A CRISP audit and a short technical check tell us what state the site is in, what access we need and what should be fixed before monthly care makes sense. If the site really needs a rebuild first, we'll tell you that straight.

What is a monthly CRISP review?

Each month we look at your site again against the five CRISP dimensions: Contextual, Responsive, Intelligent, Seamless and Powerful. You get a note on what moved since last month and the next three fixes we suggest. It turns website care from a list of small jobs into a running record of whether the site is getting better.

What happens to update hours we don't use?

That's set in the written agreement before the plan starts, so there's no argument later. Some sites need steady small changes every month. Others need a quiet month and then a busy one. Tell us how your year usually runs and we'll propose terms that fit it rather than forcing you into a rigid allowance.

Will a care plan improve our Google rankings?

We don't promise rankings, and nobody honestly can. What the plan does is keep the technical basics sound: pages indexed, errors fixed, structured data current and Search Console issues dealt with. Bigger SEO work, such as new content or a change to the site structure, is scoped separately so the monthly plan stays predictable.

How quickly do you respond to problems?

Response times for urgent issues, like the site going down or an enquiry form breaking, are written into your agreement. We agree them with you upfront rather than quoting a number that doesn't fit your site. You'll know exactly who to contact and what to expect before anything goes wrong, not after it already has.
